Our founder, Chef Rachel, grew up in the South, influenced by her two sugar-loving Grandmas. Baking and eating were forms of communication, a way of showing — and sharing —  love.  After experimenting at home and working in the industry, Rachel attended the Culinary Institute of America, Napa Valley, in Baking & Pastry, graduating at the top of her class...
